Hearing Aid Repair Services
We will take a look at your current instrument and see if there is an in-office solution that we can take care of as you wait. If the hearing instrument requires more in-depth repair, we will be happy to send it to the manufacturer and provide an estimate of the cost so you can decide if you would like to proceed with the repair.
Hearing Aid Cleaning Service
When you schedule an appointment at Newport Audiology Centers we will always do a thorough check-up of your hearing aids. If we find they need to be cleaned or something needs to be replaced, we will be happy to do that for you.
Cerumen(Ear Wax) Removal Services(available only in select locations)
Excessive cerumen may impede the passage of sound in the ear canal, causing conductive hearing loss. Cerumen is also estimated to be the cause of 60-80% of hearing aid repairs. Normally we recommend that your primary care physician provide this service. However, in some select locations, if the cerumen is not impacted we can perform this service.
